Program Manager At a Location Near You As our Program Manager, you will oversee large initiatives, often comprised of multiple, discreet projects, and share responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving formal program and project management methods and tools across the enterprise. Fundamental duties to include: serving as a resource to senior leadership for planning and implementation purposes; defining program/project scope and goals in support of annual and long-range goals, and oversight of the development of project plans, project schedules, resource plans, budgets, proposals, ROI calculations, and more. Finally, you will participate in the organizational design, development of position descriptions, and recruitment of resources needed to execute large-scale, strategic initiatives. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or another related field, and possess 10 years’ experience managing complex projects involving supply-chain, logistics, physical process deployment and information systems. Marketing or product development/new product introduction experience within a consumer products background would be ideal. PMP/PMI certification is also expected.
