HR Generalist II At a Location Near You As our HR Generalist II, you will demonstrate your strategic strengths in representing Keurig Green Mountain’s culture and expectations for functional areas across Keurig Green Mountain. You would champion employee engagement, handle employee relations and work collaboratively with leaders at all levels of the organization. To qualify, you should be a degreed graduate of a top HR program, such as Cornell University (ILR), Michigan State (Labor Relations), or the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (ILR). Three to seven years of HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial background is necessary. Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, along with familiarity with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives, are preferred. Experience with workplace mediation model, Appreciative Inquiry, and Kronos Timekeeper and PeopleSoft HRIS would be highly advantageous. Ideal candidates are accustomed to operating at a high level to strategically apply, monitor and enforce employment-related needs for functional areas. Occasional travel may be required.
