Facilities Manager Brunswick, Georgia As a Facilities Manager, you will champion all operations throughout the health system, in order to ensure optimal performance and service to patients. To accomplish this overarching objective, you will assist the Director of Facilities in the preparation of operational and capital budgets for the department, ensure that all work orders and preventative maintenance are completed in a timely, efficient manner, champion adherence to policies and procedures, and police regulatory compliance with outside agencies. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess five years’ experience in a leadership role in facilities management within a healthcare environment. You must be knowledgeable of, and skilled in, all the major trades, and be able to be “hands-on,” when necessary. CHM or CHC licensure is preferred.
