Donate Your Unwanted Cell Phones!

Help victims of domestic violence call 911 in an emergency by donating to YWCA Domestic Violence Department, Support Network Program’s Cell Phone Drive.

Donations of unwanted cell phones:

* PROVIDE victims of domestic violence with free cell phones to call 911 in an emergency.
* HELP raise $$$ for critical services for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence.
* PROTECT the environment by recycling.

All Cell Phones Wanted!
Any brand, any model, functioning or non-functioning, with or without chargers/accessories.
Ask your family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers or fellow students to donate.
Ask your local school, hospital, faith community, civic group or corporation to participate.
YWCA Support Network Program has an ongoing need for cell phones.

Hosting a Group Drive?
Advertise in newsletters, via e-mail and on social networking websites.
Ask us about collection boxes, promotional flyers, brochures and donation receipts.

Drop-off hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm. (Closed 12:00pm – 12:30pm)
Metered street parking - 50cents/15mins - available on South Third Street and surrounding streets.
Visit USPS website for info. on Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping starting at $5.60 (no weight restrictions).

Note: Phones are cleared of data, refurbished and reprogrammed before redistribution to victims of domestic violence by the processing facility we use. We recommend that donors unlock the phone, de-activate the service and erase personal data. To remove data from cell phone(s), go online and search “erase data on cell phone” and choose from the various options.
