Customer Service Representative Hartland, Wisconsin As our Customer Service Representative, you will establish and maintain enduring customer relationships, while continuously ensuring complete satisfaction. You will call upon your professional demeanor, service-first attitude, and product/service expertise as you serve as our primary, internal contact for our customers. You will create proposals for current and potential customers, accurately process customer orders and invoices in SAP per their contract, communicate customer requirements to the production team, and manage all activities with freight companies to ensure prompt delivery. Importantly, you will take it upon yourself to support all regional sales people as internal customers. To qualify, you should have a High School diploma and possess 3+ years of B2B, telephone-based customer service experience that does not involve a call-center role. You should be articulate and especially adept at explaining technical services to the end customer user, and be computer savvy with application software systems. The ideal candidate will come from a technical customer support role, and be knowledgeable of SAP or other ERP software applications. A background in a manufacturing environment would be preferred.
