Dietitian, Clinical Dietitian/Food Services Manager
Midland, Texas
As our Dietitian, Clinical Dietitian/Food Services Manager, you will provide direct supervision to the food production and food service supervisors, advising them and providing oversight on the day-to-day operations of the patient meal-service operation. You will also evaluate the current food production and service system and make appropriate recommendations, develop and review standard operating procedures, and assure that all menus meet established nutritional requirements. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is preferred) in Nutrition or a related clinical field, and possess 2 to 4 years’ experience as a manager. A strong background in patient services and customer satisfaction is highly desired. Lastly, you must hold appropriate licensure/registration for the state of Texas.
