Enervise, formerly known as Engineering Excellence, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to play a key role as we set our eye on future growth. We have a long history of developing long-term relationships providing commercial and industrial building controls, HVAC and refrigeration projects and services. We are the same company having recently divested of our national accounts group, starting a new chapter with a new name and new look, focusing on regional services.

As Human Resources Manager, you will manage the execution of all HR programs and operations to support the growth and culture of the organization. You’ll be tasked to ensure HR programs and processes are in alignment and support of the overall objectives of the company, while being hands-on every day.

Bring your energetic approach to driving culture and change, with the ability to not only generate great ideas but the aptitude to actually implement them.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of related experience, progressively taking on increased responsibility; PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Broad general knowledge of all areas of Human Resources and Professional Development
• Proven experience in promoting a positive culture of engagement
• A proven capability to manage communication to all stakeholders, balancing empathy for employees and a goal to be a great place to work, with the overall mission and goals of the company.
• Ability to effectively structure and provide support for internal operations in a manner that fits the organization
• Prior experience utilizing market based pay and compensation, performance management and career development processes and systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication and listening skills, varying communication styles to meet audience needs, including group presentation skills as needed
• Ability to identify training and development needs and identify resources to deliver such training
• Willingness to travel to Columbus and alternate locations as needed
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and prior experience utilizing an HRIS system
