Our client, a world-wide leading manufacturer in the food and beverage industry, is quickly growing and searching for a Customer Service Manager to join their team at their headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.
What you will do: The CS Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department. Additionally, you will play an integral role in:
• Developing customer service policies and systems • Serving as a supervisor and coach to the Customer Service Representatives • Building effective relationships with sales, operations, the CSR’s, and other key internal staff to ensure a primary focus on the customer and quick turn-around on orders • Providing pre-sales planning and support • Handling any orders that require special attention
What we need from you: We are looking for the Customer Service Manager to bring solid leadership and supervisory skills to lead a customer service team. Planning, staff management, and training/development are a must for success in this role. Additionally, you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree • 5-7 years customer service management experience in a B2B manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience required (experience within food and beverage industry preferred) • Experience with customer service systems development and deployment • ERP/CRM experience required. Experience with Oracle a plus • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal/communication skills
