Our client is an ISO/TS -16949 certified company that designs and manufactures sealed DC brush and brushless motor electric cooling fans and blowers for OEM automotive, bus, truck, off-highway, construction, power sports, the military, marine, and the stationary equipment (generator/APU) markets. Additionally, our client offers many OEM-quality fans and blowers to the aftermarket, plus provides various automotive-related accessories to support the racing, motorsport, installer, speed shop, and the DIY markets. With such a unique and premium product base, the company has experienced consistent, record growth since 2009, with 15% to 20% revenue increases annually.

Sales and Market Manager – Off-Highway Engine and Oil Cooling
Ankeny, Iowa
You will call upon your impressive technical background and outstanding communications skills as you work with regional colleagues and a global manager in selling highly engineered, premium products and leading-edge industry cooling solutions. In doing so, you will support, retain, grow and develop business with current and potential customers for engine and oil cooling and other airflow cooling needs in each of your assigned markets. Your main objectives will be to achieve sales and profitability targets—specifically, to take on an existing 4 to 5 million dollar market and grow it to an 8 to 10 million dollar market within 3 to 5 years—and build strong, enduring relationships with key customers. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree or another 4-year degree from a technical school, and possess at least 3 years’ related experience.
