Crescent, a multi-faceted supply chain service provider committed to meeting the high standards of our Fortune 500 client base, is opening a new facility in Edwardsville, IL. The Human Resources Administrative Support role is critical to a successful start-up of this new facility.
As the Human Resources Administrative Support, you will provide clerical support and administrative Human Resource support to the local leadership team, including new hire orientation, onboarding paperwork, maintaining local HR personnel files, HR correspondence to corporate HR, and much more. Throughout the start-up and ongoing operations, you’ll be the face of Crescent as we build our team and going forward.
Bring your exceptional organization and interpersonal skills and solid common sense, along with your:
• High School diploma, GED equivalent, or Associates Degree (preferred), and 3-4 years in a role with human resources responsibility, including a general understanding of HR and experience using an HRIS system (preferred) • Basic understanding of benefits, maintaining personnel files, federal, state ,and local employment laws and regulations • Intermediate to advanced ability in the Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel and Outlook • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle sensitive information in confidence
