This is an exciting role that requires you to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels. You will work with both established customers and cultivate new ones, with the assistance of two outside sales reps. To best accomplish your objectives, you will create initial take offs, bids and proposals, and frequently meet with customers in both office and jobsite situations, including field verification and measuring, tracking customer projects, contract reviews and job costing. Other responsibilities include problem-solving jobsite product issues, forging win-win solutions, and reporting all financial aspects of jobs. To qualify, you should have 5 years of sales experience within a construction/building/project estimating role, or just 3 years with a doors/ frames/ hardware company.
