Operations Supervisor and Senior Operations Supervisor York, Pennsylvania As Operations Supervisor or Senior Operations Supervisor, you will supervise employees within our client’s clean, air-conditioned, 115,000 square-foot facility, and ensure the effectiveness of its operations. You’ll prepare work schedules, assign tasks, coordinate workflow, and oversee the performance of your direct reports. To qualify for the Operations Supervisor position, you must have a high school diploma (an Associate’s degree is preferred), and at least 5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field. To qualify for the Senior Operations Supervisor position, you must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory role within a manufacturing/industrial environment, with 5 years of leading other supervisors, and 2 years of off-shift experience. Your background should include working within a 5S, Lean, Six Sigma environment.
