Sr. Consulting Manager
Any Location – Remote
In this highly visible role, you will draw upon your considerable poise and polish, and your highly developed analytical, creative and interpersonal skills to effectively provide sophisticated analytical consulting at the senior level of our clients’ organizations. It will be your duty to take complete ownership of every engagement, by designing project approach, managing analytics, developing findings and recommendations and, ultimately, delivering projects to clients. You will partner with Sales on business development and the sale of consulting projects, while managing client satisfaction and expectation. Importantly, you will ensure that every engagement is accomplished on time and within budget.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (preferred), and possess 5-plus years of healthcare consulting experience that encompasses business development, project management, and the development/presentation of deliverables and analytics. Alternatively, you may possess 5 years of operational-performance improvement experience with a major health system. You must have demonstrated success in capturing and holding the attention and respect of key decision makers with innovative thinking in terms of healthcare costs and quality. Outstanding presentation skills, characterized by a clear ability to convey complex ideas in an easily understood manner, along with an in-depth understanding of industry issues and challenges, are key to success in this position. Proficiency with MS Office Suite—Word, PPT, and Excel—is required. Comfort with working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and willingness to travel 75% of the time are musts.
