Hillandale Family of Communities, a premiere healthcare and retirement community, is looking for a stellar talent strategy professional to lead our efforts in recruiting and retention.

As Retention and Recruiting Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for all positions, ensuring consistency and compliance. Additionally, this role creates and maintains the new hire orientation process, onboarding, and coordinates efforts to engage and retain current and future employees.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of related experience in recruiting, retention and general human resources; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Strong experience with recruitment tools – applicant tracking systems (ATS), pre-employment assessments, social media, etc. – this role requires you to get creative in attracting top talent, you must be able to go beyond the big job boards!
• Ability to think “outside the box” in identifying and creating ways to ensure our workforce is engaged and committed to the exceptional care of our patients.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills required, including providing a timely response and insightful feedback as required; the ability to speak clearly, and effectively represent Hillandale to inside and outside interests, including candidates, is a must!
• Ability to present effectively to a varied audience, including creating and delivering training programs to hiring teams
• Strong skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, to service 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Some local travel between facilities as needed
