Fleet Maintenance Manager
Greensboro, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; and Nashville, Tennessee

As Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead the branch maintenance program in an efficient, safe manner. This entails supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing and repairing equipment and vehicles, while providing your own hands-on maintenance to assist in the completion of these daily tasks. Importantly, you will also champion a preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment remains in safe and operable condition at all times. To qualify, you should hold a high school diploma or GED (an Associateís or Bachelorís degree is preferred), and at least five yearsí experience in the waste management industry. Your background should include hydraulic, safety and supervisory experience. You should possess computer savvy; specifically, Word, Excel, and JD Edwards. You can expect to manage two to six direct reports. This is a career position requiring a 60-hour workweek.
