The State Director will manage all business operations, including supervising approximately 40 technicians and administrative personnel. That’s why we are looking for someone with a related bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5-7 years of field experience in a service related industry. This role serves as our liaison with appropriate state government, court employees, and law enforcement officials to maintain a positive working relationship, staying abreast of any legislative or administrative changes, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. We’ll look to you to have a strong business and financial acumen- we’ll put your project management, excellent customer service, and overall market/consumer savvy skills to great use! As you would imagine for a state director, this position involves travel (25-50%) within your assigned region.
