This is to include both wholesale and retail sales programs. Many of our managers as well as associates who opened the Saco, Maine store in 2003 are still with the company, including our Parts Manager. How would you describe your leadership style with associates, and your ability to interact with customers? Behind the scenes, the Parts Manager will efficiently manage the department, and its inventory. This includes: - Develop an effective team through training and performance standards. - Maintaining a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer, and is appropriate to meet customer demands. - Utilize pricing strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty. - Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Patriot Subaru is seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications: First and foremost, a postive, high energy approach to the job,and the ability to communicate and enfuse the team you build with the same energy. - Two years of automotive parts experience is required - Previous supervisory experience - A team leader who is focused on providing exemplary customer service - Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals - Strong organizational skills and detail oriented - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment - Skilled in various computer programs.
