show contact info NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE... FAX show contact info We are looking for a PART-TIME front desk receptionist with OPEN AVAILABILITY. We are an urgent care clinic with walk-in appointments only. Applicant should posses the following as these are some tasks that are required throughout the work day: *QUICK and EAGER LEARNER- We are in a fast paced environment, therefore we need someone that can easily adapt to the work flow as it is going on. Always be willing to learn new things, TAKE INITIATIVE to figure out solutions to problems independently, and eagerness to know everything there is to know about working here. * Ability to multi-task- answer phones, assist patients as needed, set-up patient charts, assist provider with clerical needs, etc. (All at the same time) * Good oral and verbal communication skills- Call in Rx's, Call patient to f/u on labs or studies ordered. * Organization skills- Clear out charts to file away, File any studies completed, Copy billing sheets as we out source our billing. * Follow-up with patients, billing agency, or any other source as needed in a timely manner. * A COMPLETELY OPEN SCHEDULE: We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Shifts are split from 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm. Shift are not set and will vary. Your shift may end at 2pm but if there are loose ends that need to be tied, it is expected that you finish whatever was started. This may or may not work to your advantage so please consider this before applying.
