Quality Manager
Peterborough, New Hampshire

As Quality Manager, you will oversee and direct the activities of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments, including personnel, gage lab, and overall functions. In directing frequent third-party audits, you will not only provide customer support and leadership, but also identify training needs, non-conformance and corrective action. Finally, you will champion ongoing innovation and initiatives to reduce scrap, reworks, and escapes. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field, and possess at least 10 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role. Demonstrated accomplishments as a Quality Assurance Manager, including customer satisfaction within a technology-driven company, is a must. Working knowledge of ISO and aerospace quality management systems (AS9100) is an absolute. An ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and work in a team environment is also essential. Lastly, the successful candidate will exhibit strong verbal and written skills and be computer literate.
