Customer Service Representative Pay: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
Job Responsibilities: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Actively listen to customer problem or question, actively showing engagement, compassion and interest. Make outgoing calls, as necessary, to notify customers inquiries/problem resolution. Communicate with technicians and coordinate according to customers needs. Follow-up to make sure requests are handled properly. Analyze and sort information and schedule given to determine the appropriate resolution. Act with dignity, respect and professionalism in dealing with our customers and fellow employees. Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree with at least 1-2 years previous call center/customer service experience.
