(YOU WILL BE GIVEN A 40 HOUR A WEEK SCHEDULE AROUND THESE HOURS, BUT WE CAN NOT GUARUNTEE WHAT YOUR SHIFT WILL BE) MUST BE AVAILABLE TO BEGIN WORK ON MONDAY, JULY 7, 2014 IF SELECTED FOR OPPORTUNITY LOCATION: Broomfield, CO (this is NOT on bus line) LENGTH: Full Time Perm -- Direct Hire PAY: $14/hour START DATE: Monday, July 7, 2014 ***NOTE: An extensive background check and drug screen process is REQUIRED upon receiving an offer - these must be completed and come back with acceptable results before any applicant is permitted to begin working on site for the client -- if you have any questions regarding this process please let us know*** Roles/Responsibilities: • Will answer inbound calls in a call center environment. • Must be able to answer questions using client systems pertaining to their accounts, and schedule callback times for the CRM when it is convenient for the customer. • Transfer customer calls to the appropriate department as needed or escalate to the appropriate employee as needed. • Process and research payments. • Be able to explain escrow and payment increases effectively. • Document notes clearly in the client systems after each call. Education/Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • A minimum of 6months of call center experience in a fast paced environment within the last 2 years is required. • Prior mortgage or banking experience is a plus. • Must be available to work any shift within call center operating hours (M-F 5:00a.m. -- 10:00p.m.Saturday 6:00a.m. -- 4:00p.m.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
