National Expansion Recruiters Peoria, Illinois; Charleston, West Virginia; Evansville, Indiana; Tallahassee, Port St. Lucie and Jupiter, Florida; and Atlanta, Georgia As a National Expansion Recruiter, you will lead recruiting activities for entry-level sales professionals. You will assist in the hiring process, participate in job fairs, and maintain and grow relationships with sales managers and regional contacts, college officials and local professionals in order to establish solid and enduring needs matches. This is a work-from-home position with 20 percent overnight travel. To qualify, you should have 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience, enjoy working independently, and know how to utilize time efficiently. In addition to being able to effectively source candidates using Boolean search logic, you should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Outstanding presentation and public speaking capabilities are musts—along with an enthusiasm for promoting the company to potential employees.
