SIGN WAVER - Robert Renwick show contact info - show contact info Don't waste your advertising dollars on ineffective sign wavers. Over the last four years I have become what I consider a professional sign holder, waver or spinner. Here are a few of the reasons why. These things I learned from thousands of hours of sign work. Image- How I look and dress is a direct reflection of your company and your quality of service.(Polo shirt/shorts both neat in appearance) Effort- People notice someone that is working hard and they respect that thus again reflecting on your business. Getting noticed- This is the most important part of sign waving. I feel the following works best. Hold the sign high in the air So that all lanes of traffic can see and read your advertisement and not just the one lane on one side of the street. Done correctly both sides of the road can be worked simultaneously. This effort will literally reach thousands more potential customer's daily. Connecting- Connecting or a brief bond can happen in seconds. People like to feel noticed too. This can be done by observing the type of vehicle and the occupants before you wave to them. For instance I don't wave the same to senior citizens as I do a truck load of landscapers or young business men/women. Everyone is different and I don't think the simple "Queens wave" is very effective. Personality- Yes people will determine what type of person you are based on what they observe. Most important is being happy doing your job and this can't be faked for 10hrs a day so it must be genuine. Happy people make other people happy. What I can offer: Dependability -- I have not had to call off work in over 3 years. Reliability - I have my own transportation. Durability -- I have worked as many as 3 jobs at a time totaling up to 45 hrs a week. Working as many as 10 hrs a day.(Heat is not a problem) Responsibility- I take my job very seriously and would not do anything to hurt your business.(Talking,Texting, smoking,) This is for break time! What I have done: 2 seasons with Lennar Homes 3 seasons with Liberty Tax Worked with Mattress world Worked with Mattress Land Worked with Metro PC Worked with several Temp Agencies (Sign Waving) References: To find out if I'm overselling myself please call Greg and or Brad from Lennar Homes show contact info
