Career Opportunity: Client Training and Onboarding Specialist with LendKey – Cincinnati, OH

Are you looking for an opportunity to take your experience in client training and onboarding and apply it to the world of small business lending? Do you have the knowledge and know-how to leverage what works, leave behind what doesn’t, and start from the ground up?

LendKey is a cloud-based technology company that provides the essential infrastructure for any party to quickly, securely, efficiently, and profitably lend to anyone else. We are a fast growing company and are looking for an expert in client training to help us build our onboarding process with new and existing clients in Cincinnati, OH.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners during the life cycle of the client’s onboarding process. We’ll rely on your exceptional expertise to guide us in:

• Understanding specific program details and criteria by working closely with the Product Managers
• Conducting web-based trainings to educate clients on program details and system navigation
• Creating tailored, program specific training materials and reference guides
• Maintaining accurate and complete records for all client interaction

To be successful in this role, you need to bring your entrepreneurial expertise, “get it done” attitude and boundless energy, along with your:

• Bachelor degree with at least 2+ years’ experience in client training and/or on-boarding, experience in the construction industry a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate between clients and internal teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Honed problem solving skills, with a strong aptitude developing out of the box solutions
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Detail orientation, with an ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast paced environment
• Highly developed organizational skills as a task driven team player
• Financial industry experience is a plus
• Computer skills including MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
