You may send a resume to show contact info . F&B ATTENDANT The Snack Bar Attendant is integral to the guest experience and provides food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The Snack Bar Attendant will manage the food & beverage service in the Snack Bar outlet, providing informal fast food in a high quality service-oriented manner. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • 1-2 years of food service/food preparation experience • Minimum education: High School (or equivalent)diploma • Must have good work ethic • Must be dependable • Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment • Must be well organized • Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Position Responsibilities: • Handles the production and service of food and beverage products as necessary in the Snack Bar • Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures • Provide prompt and efficient customer service • Maintain a professional appearance at all times • Maintains the cleanliness of production and service equipment • Keeps production and service areas clean and orderly • Requisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from kitchen • Provides adequate display of garnishes and condiments on "self-serve" basis • Performs clean-up and closing procedures • Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws • Perform other duties as assigned Working Conditions: • Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and, scooping. • The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands • The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs. • Use of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areas • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception. • Noise level is moderately quiet • Work extended hours during golf and holiday season • Work weekends and holidays All job descriptions are subject to a periodic review. BEV CART DRIVER Position Summary: The Beverage Cart Driver is integral to the guest experience and provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart Driver will service beverages at the facility and provide a high quality service-oriented environment. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Must possess a valid driver's license • Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law • Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely • Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette • Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public • Must have strong skills in Customer Service • Must be dependable Responsibilities: • Maintain a professional appearance at all times • Driving the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service food and beverage to guest • Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use • Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedures. • Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees • Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner • Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Working Conditions: • While performing the required duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with arms and hands. • The employee often is required to walk, stand, drive, bend, talk or hear, handle, feel or operate objects. • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally. • The employee will occasionally be required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception • Moderate exposure to extreme cold, heat, working outdoors, mechanical hazards and electrical hazards.
