Two positions currently available: One is 15 hours (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), the other 20 hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). All days are 12:30 PM-4:30 PM. The jobs run from May through October, with Jun, July and August 7 days per week, but only weekends in May (May 10-May 11, May 17-18, May 24-25) and in September and October (Sept 6-Sept 7, Sept 13-Sept 14, Sept 20-Sept 21, Sept 27-Sept 28, Oct 4-Oct 5, Oct 11-Oct 12). Pay is $10.00-$12.00 per hour. This is not a life guard position, but rather a "rules monitoring" job. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Observes and monitors pool/spa patrons in the pool and in the surrounding area. • Monitors the back gate, and ensures that no one enters through the back gate without having first scanned their card at one of the entrance points, or signed in at the front desk. • Attentively monitors the pool area for accidents in or out of the water, hazards, debris and trash. • Ensures the pool, deck, and furniture is clean and maintained • Maintains current knowledge, implements and enforces Association policies, procedures, rules and guidelines. • Provides excellent customer service to customers, employees and business partners. • Completes accident/incident forms for all incidents in a timely manner when required. • Other duties may be assigned.
