Overlap Live is holding auditions for several short plays to be performed together on June 19th-21st at the Shubin Theatre at 407 Bainbridge St, Philadelphia (www.shubintheatre.com). If interested, please email Auditions may be scheduled for Saturday, April 19th between 10am and 4pm or April 17th, 18th, 21st between 6pm and 9pm. Time slots will be given on a first come first serve basis and are based on availability. No monologues or headshots required. Resumes are welcome or a brief history of your acting experience. Sides from Time Flies and The Zombie Aesthete will be available at auditions and digital copies can be requested when you sign up for an audition time slot. Actors are encouraged to be in more than 1 play as they are each so short. However, if you have less time but still would like to be involved, being involved with only 1 show is fine. Rehearsals will typically take place weeknights and an occasional weekend as we approach the show and will be based on the availability of the cast in each short play.
