COMPENSATION: Starting $10/hour Required: -Customer service experience -Basic Computer knowledge -Reliable transportation -Medicinal Marijuana card -Over the age of 21 -WA state resident -No felonies -No drug related convictions -Submit to employment drug testing as required or requested GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Patient Consultant is responsible to ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Which includes, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and maintaining a high level of customer service. Skills preferred: -Social media savvy -Take care Face Book, Twitter, AD etc... -Experience in the industry (We are willing to train the right person) -Knowledge of Medicinal Marijuana (strains, benefits, effects, etc.) EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.) 1. Ensure strict controls to protect Dispensary assets at the direction of management. 2. Ensure patient concerns are solved efficiently and promptly. 3. Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect. 4. Recommend, select, and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs. 5. Communicate the effects of and different types of cannabis to patients. 6. Set up and break down display cases daily. 7. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping. 8. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. 9. Communicate customer requests and/or problems to the Manager. 10. Participate in inventory counts. 11. Frequently maintain cleanliness, dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of dispensary. 12. Maintains strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines. 13. Perform other related work as required. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Ability to dispense medicine accurately and efficiently. 2. Have personal knowledge of medicinal effects of cannabis. 3. Ability to communicate with other associates and customers in all situations. 4. Ability to adhere to the highest customer service with staff and the public at all times. 5. Ability to perceive and meet the needs of the staff and patients without direction. 6. Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. 7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations. 8. Knowledgeable on strains, genetics, growing and effects of cannabis and medication. 9. Ability to use math skills for Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register. 10. Needs to have high level of organization, patience, and flexibility.
