Our Client Company is a leader in Software-as-a-Service HR and Payroll processing services. They are currently seeking Entry-Level Salespeople in Philadelphia, PA; Washington, D.C.; Baltimore, MD; and New York City, NY. Salary is $45k base plus 10% commission. Total first year compensation - $75k - $95k. Second year reps will earn $100k+.
The Entry-Level Sales Person recognizes and creates opportunities for new business with prospective clients. He or she meets with top-level executives and shows them how to optimize their current HR and Payroll processes. He/she acquaints customers with the enormous benefits of the company’s innovative online Payroll and HR product through live demonstrations. The Entry-Level Sales Person closes deals in person, exceeds sales goals and, effectively, takes control of his or her financial future.
Requirements: • A four-year college degree with GPA of 3.5 for new graduates, and 3.1 for grads with 6+ months of experience • Less than 2 years of outside sales experience or change in career • Clean background check • Minimal job changes • Documentation of sales achievements for individuals with previous sales experience
