Evaluate and monitor recruitment needs for available consumers. Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new care recipients and open hours/shifts on existing cases. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for schedules and care recipient information Participate in annual evaluations of caregiver staff. Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees; assuring clients and employees' confidentiality. Maintain positive relationships with all clients and referral sources. Independently respond to and resolve any clients' complaints or concerns. On-call evenings and weekends, as directed (every 4th week). Keep on-call materials current with client information, instructions and directions, current roster of care and roster of active direct care staff.
