Please send resume and questions to Linda Brenna at For more information about our Mission visit: www.rescue-mission.og The Mission is currently looking for a Facilities Specialist with the following duties and responsibilities • Performs building and ground maintenance work for properties owned and/or leased by the Rescue Mission, and other tasks which are designated by the Facilities Director through the work request system. • Maintains, and repairs electrical and lighting systems as directed through the Facilities Department Work Request System • Ability to paint interior and exterior of TRM facilities • Maintains, and repairs minor plumbing as directed through the Work Request system. • Maintains and repairs fire alarm and fire prevention systems as directed through Work Request System. • Maintains, and repairs lock systems as directed through Work Request System. • Maintains, and repairs burglar alarm systems as directed through Work Request System • Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Director or assigned supervisor. Three years' experience with HVAC systems. Three years' experience in commercial electrical trade, commercial plumbing trades, and commercial building construction and repair trades. Ability to read construction blue prints. Valid Washington Driver's License, excellent driving record, must have proof of personal vehicle insurance. Knowledge of construction hand, yard and power tools including plumbing and electrical tools.
