Property Management Company hiring for 3 separate positions. Please send all inquiries and resumes to attention Melissa. Please see job descriptions below: Administrative assistant - Highly motivated individual with prior office experience. Duties will include: answering phones, issuing work orders, filing, record keeping, correspondence, processing paperwork, data entry. Must be presentable, friendly and knowledgeable in customer service. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Starting pay $12 p/h Part Time Handyman - Must have own transportation with clean license. Must be able to perform simple handyman tasks needed on rental homes in a team setting or independently. Must have knowledge of basic plumbing and preferred painting skill. Starting pay $15 p/h House Cleaner- IMMEDIATE POSITION- Needed to clean rental homes pre and post tenant move outs. Will provide cleaning supplies. Per house $60+
