CAP is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator for full-time employment. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00am-6:00pm. Occasional weekends and additional hours as needed. Job Description: Responsibilities include running day-to-day operations, as well as performing a multitude of administrative duties and serving as a support system to the production team. The Customer Service Administrator builds and maintains positive relationships with CAP customers and strives for quality in every aspect of their work. Responsibilities: -Answering calls -Handling inbound customer service issues and directing calls to other departments as necessary -Setting up new accounts and ensuring that every customer has a positive first experience with CAP -Assist with Shipping & Receiving as needed -Assist Operations with handling cases and managing customer expectations -Proactively manage outbound customer service calls, checking to ensure satisfaction -Follow up on pricing inquiries -Enter equipment sale orders into system and coordinate fulfillment -May be given special assignments from time-to-time Qualifications: -Must have at least 2 years customer service/administrative experience -Professional phone manner is essential -Must have strong attention to detail -Must have adept organizational skills -Must be reliable and self-motivated -Must have the ability to multitask -Must have a friendly and professional demeanor, even under pressure -Must be computer literate and comfortable utilizing Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel -Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment To apply respond to the link in the above and answer the following questions: When are you able to begin work?
