Custom Automated Prosthetics is fast growing, privately owned, digital dental provider located in Stoneham. The Executive Assistant will need to be able to efficiently multi-task the logistical aspects of a fast-paced, incredibly busy professional. Responsibilities: * Manage Calendar with the highest level of detail. Schedule meetings, presentations, etc. and manage all logistics therein. * Coordinate travel arrangements - both domestic and international. * Assist in the production of presentation materials and communicate with marketing department. * Proof read/edit correspondence, articles, presentations and blog posts. *Assisting with all other special projects, tasks and administrative duties as needed. Requirements: * Associates Degree in relevant field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience. * Experience with calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite. * Must be highly computer literate. *Must be prompt, dependable, have a positive attitude and work well with others. *Must have a meticulous attention to detail. *Must have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workflow throughout the day. *Must be able to work both independently and as an integral team member. *Must be willing to adapt to an ever-changing and evolving environment.
