Looking for a Part or Full Time Office Assistant with Accounts payable experience. **Must have Quickbooks experience** Please send cover letter and resume to or fax to 845-255-4909. Duties: -*calculate, post, correct, manage, and pay outstanding invoices -*Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. -*Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks. -*Distributes signed checks as required. -Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries. -Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to appropriate people. -Performs a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position; may draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials; creates and mails form letters. -Copies materials as requested; sends facsimiles. -Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and other documents. -Schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences. Skills include: -Computer literacy preferred. Knowledge of intermediate Excel and Word required. -**Must have Quickbooks experience. -Must understand the sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting workflow. -Is a team player and may assist in other programs throughout the organization. -Detail oriented. Ensures data integrity. -Good project management skills. -Good written, verbal and communication skills. Salary: To Be Determined, Based Upon Experience
