We strive to provide guests with an authentic regional food experience. We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who is enthusiastic about food and likes working in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Menu development Food ordering Food costing and inventory management Coordinate prep Ensure food items are prepared according to our standards of quality, consistency and timeliness during service Schedule kitchen staff Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 6 years experience working in a professional kitchen with minimum of 3 years in management Aspiration to advance in your career Experience and love for Southern food Be able to self-motivate in work environment Strong interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of butchery Understanding of high volume restaurant operations Strong understanding of Health Board kitchen requirements Food Handlers card preferred Stand and walk for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs We're looking forward to hearing from you.
