EMAIL ALL INFORMATION TO: JOB REQUIREMENTS Duties/Responsibilities: Primary Tasks: - Project Management, at times we have various projects that arise, build outs for new tenant leases, 40 year building inspections, violations that require permits to be pulled to correct illegal work. The candidate must have experience in dealing with building department, permits, inspectors and contractors. Must get multiple bids for jobs and have basic knowledge to be able to negotiate construction bids with contractors. This will be the primary responsibility of this position. Other Tasks: - Assist our management team with running day to day operations of the Portfolio, including serving as the primary liaison between the Landlords and the vendors and tenants. - Communicate with tenants to address their needs, resolve any issues and/or enforce the lease. Respond to tenant requests on behalf of the Landlord in an expedient and professional manner. - Perform periodic inspections of the Portfolio, primarily of the common areas and vacancies. Maintain the Portfolio at a high level of appearance and performance. Requirements: - Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office. - Experience in "Yardi" which is our Property management software. (this is not required but a plus) - Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work and multitask. - Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
