Property Administrator Clerk Property Administration -- Clerk -- Boca Raton Location Please email resume to: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of assigned property under the direction of Property Manager. Performs tasks associated with the operation of the property Data input of leases daily Prepare monthly billings to tenants Data input of rent collections and postings daily Authorize work orders and post to system Assist with creating monthly reports, on YARDI Assist in the follow up of delinquencies with tenants Process security deposit refunds. Reconcile monthly bank statements Prepare monthly reports on YARDI for accountant Disburse weekly checks as required Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Answer phones Order supplies for office File all checks, update tenant ledgers, and file leases and paid bills on daily basis. Qualifications: Must type no less than 60 wpm. Test will be given at interview. Must be at least intermediate in EXCEL. Test will be given at interview. We will train for this position if you have the WORD and EXCEL skills. Associates degree (A.S, A.A.) from two-year College or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Spreadsheet software YARDI, MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT required. May require valid drivers' license, along with good driving record and auto insurance Please email resume to:
