For Interview Call Richard @ 973-634-7620 or email: Primary Role : a. Assisting manager in completing daily tasks, jobs and/or assignments. b. Customer Management Daily job duties may involve: 1. Incoming and outbound customer calls 2. Solving customer requests and/or issues 3. Conduct courtesy calls to customers 4. Schedule appointments 5. Connecting all parties involved in daily conference calls and/or virtual meetings. 6. Conducting welcome type phone calls to new customers. 7. Keeping Manager's schedule 8. Missed appointment and meeting prevention 9. Completing daily task log assigned by manager 10. Data entry 11. Email campaigns 12. Participating in social marketing campaigns Full time: mon. to fri. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Payroll is issued weekly.
