Blue20 is seeking a Culinary Manager. Please e-mail your resume to: Responsibilities: •The entire culinary functions of the restaurant •Creating and planning and preparing the highest quality menu offerings for our guests •Ensuring the kitchen is operating efficiently and profitably, while managing all kitchen staff members •Creatively leading the way on all culinary development •Helping team members to be successful by ensuring each person is trained and is consistently executing tasks properly while maintaining the restaurant's standards •Fiscal responsibility for the back of the house The successful candidate will have: •Minimum of two to three years experience in a Culinary/Kitchen Manager role •Prior experience overseeing the fiscal operations including budgeting and scheduling of kitchen staff •Experience actively driving sales while effectively managing all costs pertaining to back-of-the-house operations •Experience handling issues and concerns, maintaining composure, gaining input from others while leading the team to desired and positive outcomes •Must have a passion for food and providing an unforgettable experience for our guests EOE M/F DV
