Part-time Administrative Assistant To apply please email your resume to: Summary This position will provide part-time administrative/clerical support. Responsibilities Maintains manager's calendar, makes appointments, responds to meeting requests and arranges for meeting rooms Uses GovTrip and/or new Concur travel system to make travel arrangements for staff as necessary and ensures that staff are properly reimbursed at the completion of their trip. Understands travel policies and procedures, works with staff and managers as appropriate. Answers telephone calls and responds to routine telephone requests that have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate client management and staff Maintains office equipment and orders supplies as needed for printers, fax machines, computers and office furniture Supports manager with projects by gathering project materials, reproducing documents for distribution, and other related clerical activities. Serves as Point of Contact (POC) for Service Connection, space planning, electronic equipment, cell phones and request for assistance on services, supplies and/or equipment May attend limited meetings to record and reproduce meeting minutes Assists with file maintenance of established record filing systems for inactive and active permit files and Craft Step Apprenticeship files Assists with the distribution of products Qualifications Education - High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of related administrative/ customer service experience or equivalent combination are required Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; (MS Office 2010 proficiency required). Strong organizational skills, ability to self-manage and attention to detail are required. Ability to work independently Position is part-time; 4 hour days, 5 days per week Must complete client provided training VanderHouwen & Associates, Inc.
