MediSync Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator for their office in Cincinnati (Norwood), Ohio. MHS offers the E&M CodeRight solution – a solution that helps physicians learn to navigate the breadth and complexity of the E&M coding guidelines.

As the Project Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between the company, clients, sales representatives, and physician educators. This position is responsible for providing clerical assistance, support, and informational direction to the Director of Service Lines and Sales Team of MHS. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting, maintaining databases, participating in marketing initiatives, billing and invoicing, and direct client interaction to fulfill pre and post contract work.
To qualify, candidates should be process-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills, and have:
• Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s preferred • Minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant project support experience with client contact • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to develop, adjust and improve systems and workflow processes for maximum efficiency • The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and tasks • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information to solve problems • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Access • Familiarity with medical terminology a plus
