We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Quality Control person to manage daily activities to meet established department goals, standards, safety and customer service. Success in this fast-paced role helps you move up to any position within our company structure. Responsibilities As Quality Control with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, you will ensure that each and every customer is being provided the proper service in compliance with our system and company standards while operating within applicable laws and regulations. You will also conduct and review inventory reports, and other performance data, to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas that need cost reduction and improvement. Additional responsibilities of the Quality Control include: Assist in training all movers and drivers Ensuring safety programs and procedures are developed and maintained Containing labor costs through limiting overtime and strategic staffing based on job type Handling customer claims and resolutions Coordinating and managing fleet equipment inventory programs Performing spot checks to ensure that jobs are completed to a high standard Handling customer concerns and satisfaction Serve as on-call contact for emergencies outside of normal business hours as needed Completing any and all other tasks needed at our specific franchise location Requirements: Because moving is stressful, we seek a Quality Control person with a strong commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As Quality Control with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, you must possess exceptional oral and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Our ideal Quality Control individual is a positive, diplomatic and flexible communicator who can motivate employees, ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate deals with vendors.
