Qualifications: 2 years management experience Hands on leader who is able to build diverse teams of people Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, and timely Responsible for the consistency and high quality of all menu items coming out of the kitchen Controlling monthly and quarterly inventory to stay within the goals set out by the ownership We have locations in San Francisco, South San Francisco and Burlingame.
