Heavy bank reconciliations General ledger reconciliations Journal entries Accruals and prepaid schedules Daily accounts payable Daily accounts receivable Assisting CPA with year-end close process Requirements: 4+ years plus of full charge bookkeeping experience Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel Extremely detail oriented Above average verbal and written communication skills Comprehensive understanding of and familiarity with Microsoft Office Familiarity with internet and online sales preferred Able to create, organize and progressively update files Able to easily switch activities and to multitask Able to work independently and as a team member Dependable with a solid work ethic EMAIL RESUMES to: ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALLS Hours: 8am-5pm.
