Multilingual speakers that are able to interact with customers in a language other than English are a plus, but not required. The Store Manager plays a critical role in coaching and developing their team to deliver "The Aio Way". Their hands-on involvement with the hiring and training of the store team, merchandise displays and operational management will all contribute to an extraordinary customer experience. Each store's performance will serve as a direct reflection of the Store Manager's ability to create an environment that cultivates strong customer relationships and promotes needs-based solutions. The Opportunity: * Join a rapidly-growing industry and partner with a company that has a legacy of successful innovation * Benefit from a competitive base salary plus an attractive, uncapped commission structure * Work with and learn about the latest mobile technologies and devices * Earn financial rewards and eligibility for further career growth through learning and success on the job * Thrive in a fast-paced environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your energy, effort, and job knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS Management/Leadership: * Partner with store owners to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team * Manage and motivate the team with an eye towards instilling customer loyalty, increasing sales and driving operational efficiencies * Build and maintain a strong line of communication between the store team, managers and owners * Ensure that daily store operations comply with company policies and employee codes of conduct * Responsible for store opening/closing procedures and creating weekly employee schedules * Organize special events, promotions and displays * Attend required meetings and teleconferences, relaying pertinent information to the store team * Identify trends within reporting to assist with store planning and budgeting * Build a strong working knowledge of store operational and financial performance, along with ongoing sales numbers (both store and individual) * Foster a fun, competitive and supportive team environment Responsibilities: * Engage in consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours (including nights and weekends) * Continuously monitor customer traffic, managing and adapting employee breaks/lunches as needed to ensure appropriate coverage throughout each day * Ensure accountability for proper sales techniques, store operations and customer service protocol among the Sales Leads and Sales Specialists * Deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on generating repeat business through a loyal client base and subsequent referrals * Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs * Provide thoughtful recommendations and options, with a focus on solving problems rather than pushing products or making a quick sale * Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions * Leverage store displays and interactive devices to provide each guest with a unique, immersive experience * Foster a supportive and competitive approach to meeting (and exceeding) assigned sales objectives and store goals * Participate in opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Requirements: * Minimum one year of management experience * Retail experience, preferably in mobile phone sales * Must be able to lift 35 pounds * Ability to stand for long periods of time * Available for traditional retail shifts, including nights and weekends * Tolerance for a flexible work schedule * Openness to working at more than one store location, if needed * Strong client service orientation * Stellar problem-solving ability * Can-do attitude; demonstrated energy and enthusiasm * Basic computer and math skills ***Please send all correspondence to .
