TO APPLY: Email us at This role will require you to initiate contact, establish and cultivate lending relationships with franchise and independent automotive dealerships to service the auto financing needs of subprime customers. Go getters 1st Year Earnings Potential: $60k - $75k (Includes aggressive commission structure) Required skills: -Sense of urgency, intuition, logic, thoroughness, attention to detail, teamwork, drive for excellence and passion for service. -Ability to communicate (in person, publicly & virtually), build relationships, and elicit sales from dealer personnel in a manner that generates repeat business, dealer network expansion, and reinforces AFS Acceptance as the sub-prime lender of choice. -Keen negotiation skills with the ability to "close" the deal. -Personal initiative, self-starter, sense of urgency and goal driven. -Proven success in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure / commission-based sales position. -Work is required onsite in the corporate headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale, FL with occasional travel to designated area/territory for dealer site visits. -Must possess personal integrity & intellectual honesty (NO EXCEPTIONS) -Be a relationship manager constantly striving for improvement -HUNGRY for more, more sales, more money, more industry knowledge, more client relationships, more growth and just plain MORE! -Exhibit high self esteem and supporting/builders others self esteem. Required education: -High school graduate/GED. -Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. -Prior work in automotive industry, finance, and/or automotive sales preferred.
