As a Capital Teas Store Manager, you will lead your store's operations, staffing, merchandising, customer satisfaction, financial performance and team development. Your responsibilities and essential job functions will include the following: Manager Responsibilities: - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how your team works together: - Implement company programs and achieve monthly sales goals by directly motivating, instructing, and coaching the store team. - Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Capital Teas - Plan, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth operations of your store. - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results: - Monitor and manage store staffing to ensure staff development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain store operational requirements. - Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations. - Plan for and achieve operational excellence in the store. - Identify, report, and address trends and issues in store performance.
