Please email your resume to: Summary Responsible for the prospecting and lead generation part of our sales process --generating sales leads and highly qualified prospects who are good candidates to become clients of our company. A set minimum number of qualified sales prospects must be generated weekly through prospecting and lead generating activities. Once a qualified sales prospect is found, then another member of the sales team will manage the opportunity through the rest of the sales process. Responsiblities Lead Generation/Prospecting: Makes daily outbound telephone cold/warm calls to leads/prospects in our sales database. Sets appointments for the Sales Manager. Email Communication: Sends email messages to leads/prospects. Follows up with phone calls. Printed Communication: Mails printed letters and postcards to leads/prospects. Publications: Monitors newspapers and business publications for articles and listings that provide information for possible leads/prospects. Referrals: Works with Sales Manager to obtain leads and referrals. Database: Maintains an up-to-date active sales database of leads/prospects in CRM application. After each contact or communication with a lead/prospect, clear and concise summary notes of the activity is documented in the CRM software and the next follow-up date is scheduled. Reports: Prepared daily/weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator reports for the Sales Manager showing completed sales prospecting activities, future scheduled activities, and pipeline related metrics.
