Does it make your day to provide direct patient care in a medical office? Are you friendly, courteous and enjoy working in a small team environment?
Local well-respected Podiatrist with many long-term patients is currently searching for a friendly, hardworking and experienced individual to join his solo practice as a Medical Assistant.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for all back office duties including patient care and education, exam preparation, suture removal, post-operative care, phlebotomy, updating medical records/treatment notes, coordinating tests and ordering supplies. Must be competent and skilled in providing care to patients of all ages.

To qualify, you should be a self-motivated team player who enjoys patient care and does what it takes to get the job done, and have:
Medical Assistant Certification
X-ray Certification, is a plus.
Direct patient care experience, practice setting preferred
Computer / medical data entry experience required
Experience in the podiatry areas, a plus
Strong motivation and work ethic
Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, hospitals and labs
Top notch customer service skills with a desire to make patients happy

Our practice offers competitive total compensation commensurate with experience in a great working environment with an average work week of approximately 30 hours.
